u guys fail its true in that way as the subservients of the king had to ask him for beeing married. And as u all know the catholic church was dominating the ppls minds, all did what they said. What the pope said was NO SEX WITHOUT MARRIAGE! so u CAN say the king had to allow ppl having sex cos they only could have sex beeing married, and beeing married requested the acceptance of the king. But I've never heard of any plate they had to hang on the door, cos as u might know ppl in these days only had sex during the night, which made it impossible to everytime run to the king and ask him to have sex.
